i just got some flaxseed oil, it was on sale at gnc so i figured that since i've seen alot of ppl taking it i should give it a shot. Right now i'm in my bulking phase and was wondering how many times i should take it a day, when i should take it, and if i need to take it with food. If theres any other miscelaneous info u got about it, i'm all ears.
