Flaxseed oil as an Anti E???

I know this sounds crazy but I just read it online. Anyone ever hear of this and if so, how much to take per day?

I wouldnt rely on Flaxseed oil to be your anti-estrogen supp. But it is a great asset to any overall supplement plan.
