I have been lifting for about 2 years now, im 21 and I feel like i need a boost. I was looking into a 4 week cycle of 1-ad at 700mg a day and a pct of 6oxo, i've herd from fellow lidters at the gym they have gains around 15-20 lbs at 4,000 calories a day. i am 5'11, 190 pounds and 10%bf i am currently on a bulking diet and figured the 1-ad would give me a boost since I am able to get it farely easy. What do you guys think? thanks

Deca 400mg/wk x 12 wks
Dbol 30-40mg ed x 4-6 wks
That should give you the boost you are looking for...
I wanted to do a test e cycle for 12 weeks but i was no able to find a good source i have a few in mind but i have to check to see if their okay
1-ad.. has that product changed since it came out? I remember it was real popular a few years ago. I would say skip it. I dont think a prohormone cycle is that beneficial.
