Calcium Casonite Vs Whey
Hey guys, just wondering what ev1 thinks of Calcium Casonite conpared to Whey.. Either WPI or WPC..
I used to take WPI and liked it, however have now switched to CC becasue I heard its got longer loading phases incase your body doesnt need the protein right away.
I then read up something saying Whey is heaps better??
What do you guys think, or know about these 2 products?

Basically, CC absorbs slower in your system than whey does (i.e. CC would be more ideal before bed while whey would be more ideal post-workout). -BB

if its a post workout protein your looking for
take whey faster absorbing
just as bigbad sad CC takes longer to be absorbed
so if you cant get those 5-6meals in a day
milk protein is best in my opinion because of the time it takes to break it down. but for post when protein is needed right away i'll reach for whey
i use a mix throughout the day
