Joint/bone support
In need of some advise. If you have seen my other post asking about elastamine, i have decided to buy it. Im looking for joint and bone supplements. I plan to use the Elastamine with cod liver oil and cissus, is there a supplement that i can use for bone support.

Why are you looking for bone support? Is it sport specific?

research on 4life products... they have a good bone support supplement that I'm taking; so far, no complaints! However, if someone recommends something better I'll give that a shot too.
@MB, right on the Ca + Mg
@WD, in my case, not really... but when on cycle or overall, it's good to have a real good strong/solid frame... you could have all the mass/strength you want but if your frame can't support that, what good is it for then? get my point, imho!

I'll check them out. Im taking the joint supplements because i am having problems with my joints and as for the bone support i guess it would just be good to add for reasons like Maximus stated.
