    Boost Nitrogen Retention

    i hope this is ok here in the Q&A. what besides AAS will boost Nitrogen Retention in muscles?

    small meals and amino powder throughout the day is best but glutamine, arginine, cissus, and MANY other things help with nitrogen retention.

    if you have a solid diet then keeping a positive nitrogen retention shouldnt be much of a concern.

    BCAA AA pills all day man between meals and meals @ every 2 hours too

    ne thing else i take glutamine and arginine throughout that day just add some BCAA's
