    Creatine

    I have a bottle of creatine that expired may 2000. I don't want to waste it...will it still work??? I know the shit is cheap but should I try it or throw it?

    try a seacrh nest time, because this has been covered a number of times, thats probaly why people are not responding.

    Thanks but I know how these message boards work! I did a general search just on creatine but didn't find my answer. It's much more efficient to do a little research and ask a question vs searching thru every add with the key word crreatine. Thanks for the response though...it's a lot more than anything else. And one other thing. If creatine doesn't go bad, why does it have an expiration date???

    the gnc man told me it depreciates 2% every year, so its at its 96% effeciencey.They have to get rid of it after its experation date because the lable would be misleading and could cause for lawsuit for false advertisement. but remember this info is coming from a gnc employee

    As long as its not turned a different color or clumped up it will be fine, depends on a lot on how it was stored also.
