Well, your statement is a little vague. Is it making you nauseous because of the odor, the flavor, or after you have it? If the odor or flavor is unappealing, then you can try making a shake with milk, or juice, or other things that will change the flavor. If it's the texture, then you could try adding it with oatmeal, or even cooking with it. There's a trick to eating/drinking all sorts of stuff that would normally make someone sick. Basically, you take a deep breath, hold it, and drink/eat as fast as you can, and try to take big breaths and hold it, and don't take small little breaths while you are finishing it. If you must breathe, try holding your nose while you eat or drink it. It is possible to eat all sorts of stuff this way...I mean truly nasty stuff like Bear Grylls would eat. My worst tasting stuff that I take each day is mix of creatine, arginine, & glutamine. It has a toxic chemical taste, so I hold my breath while I take it. Another thing to try is buy the little single serving packs to try out, and test out a few different brands, so you don't buy a big container and get stuck with some truly nasty stuff.

When do you take it? The time of the day might be the problem.

Try a different brand. They are not all created equally. Also how come 3 scoops ? I believe move are 1 maybe 2 scoop serving size. Maybe your taking too much at one time.
P.S
EAS sucks IMO. Take a look at Dymatize Elite Protein.

creatine and glutamine together are not as effective. Leave the creatine and/or glutamine out of the shake to see if thats your problem. If not then goto 2 scoops, try to find out what causes it.

Good point...I knew a very large dude who believed in giving his body a continuous supply of protein, so he would sip on a protein shake during the day. I know many people who always have a jumbo coffee cup in their hand, that they continuously sip at during the day at work. Well, this dude, he has a jumbo shaker bottle, and he just sips the protein throughout the day. I think if you drink it more slowly, or space it out, it won't give you that nausea.

i can back you up on this...if your not competing theres no need for this much..yes if you watch ronnie coleman on youtube making his cheese grits he comsumes over 60 grams of protein. but he also weighs almost 300 pounds and has to keep his levels alot higher than most.
