Hydroxy sucks....it's high in hydroxycitric acid (hence the name hydroxy cut) which has been shown to do absolutely nothing in terms of fat loss. Also, you have to take 3 hydroxy's to equal ONE Charge. You won't get the jitters with Charge because they've added something that no other fat burner has added...passion flower extract; this helps ease the stimulants into your system over a gradual period of time. Charge is more of a time-released fat burner, so I wouldn't necessarily say that it's the best energy-booster but, it is BY FAR the best fat burner on the market! -BB
