Besides chrysin of course as evidence and lab tests prove against it. Anyone have any ideas as to what has worked?
**Reason: I cannot take ** ones. They make me feel REALLY funny. Weight goes down, moods get funky, strength decreases etc.
***BUT, I really do want to lower it slightly. I am a little too sensitive and have lost a good amount of aggression, just took me a while to notice it. I still have it with training but with people being an ass to me, I felt nervous for the first time ever since I was real young.
Hope I don't sound whiney, I'm just looking for you guys opinions as I value them highly.
