Had a girl put some peanut butter on me nipples once, but that is quite another story altogether.

No such thing as spot fat reduction, it's all or nothing. If you're having some issues with "just your nipples" it's probably not fat and ya might think about having it looked at.

    JMHO.....

Don't waste your money on fat burning creams, as there is no such thing as 'spot fat reduction'. Instead, do an exercise that target your pectoral muscle group, which combined with a good diet and cardio, could potentially help you burn overall fat and thus, get your pec area more define/cut.

yea, there is no such thing as spot fat reduction... unless you get liposuction.

True that. I know a girl that had it done and the bruising was absolutely BRUTAL!

I have to agree with Defender. Off topic, but are you still active? I served 8 years as SF out of Luke AFB...

well yeah.. they cut you open and move a vacuum around inside of you, bruising is obvious. that would be the least of my concerns with lipo

I gotta agree with you there. Just watching how they jam the tube in and out would be enough for me to say F-THAT!

When she got home and I saw how bad the bruises were I couldn't believe she was even up and moving around. But then they do have babies. That said, there's a LOT to be said for a woman's pain threshold.
