    my creatine powder is lumpy????? cee

    first time of using creatine its a tub of hcl cee all the powder is lumpy is this how it is.......

    yeah some creatine powders appears to be lumpy its normal.

    the only creatine i'd ever use is krealk or a micronized mono. everything else is trash. I personally FEEL a huge difference while on krealk. its the only creatine so far that ive seen and felt definite results from and ive tried all kinds of creatine.
