best/fastest weight gain will come from whole foods and proper diet, not shakes.

Most weightgainers are junk as they are loaded with sugars. Stick with real food.
yeah.. lots of sugar and really not anymore protein than a normal shake has.
a little off topic: one bsn weight gainer came in a 5lb tub and with the serving size it was only 10 doses..
bump what everyone said about whole food and sugars in shakes if you want a shake make your own it will better for you and cheaper something like, 1 cup oatmeal,2tbls spoons natural peanut butter,8-10 oz of milk and a scoop of protein with a few ice cubes.

i think serious mass is a good choice. i used to take it once a day in the morning and the rest of the day i eat lots of whole food 6 times daily and take whey pro shakes after train and in the middle of the night.
I prefer GNC Mass XXX for a post workout supplement.
i hate weight gainers. just splurge at costco on real weight gainer (food).
I'd prefer cytogainer to any other brands.

This is why I miss the old school EGG WHITE protein and that basically all it said on the can HAHA, but it was already low on sugar, fat wasnt great but doable just a solid protein shake. Otherwise the ones they call weighgainers I havent ever used like mentioned above, alot of JUNK in them.
i liked the weight gainer from bsn. think it called true mass. help me mantian weight but not put on .
On's Serious Mass is a good stuff if we compare it to any other gainer i know.
