    which weight gainer?

    which weight gainer do yall think is better for me to gain weight as quickly as possible. serious mass or pro complex??

    best/fastest weight gain will come from whole foods and proper diet, not shakes.

    watch out for high sugars and such, many "weight gainers" are high in them.
    I like a whey shake after workout before a meal, and a casein shake before bed, but the "weight gainers" typically don't do much for me. others probably have some suggestions.

    Most weightgainers are junk as they are loaded with sugars. Stick with real food.

    yeah.. lots of sugar and really not anymore protein than a normal shake has.

    a little off topic: one bsn weight gainer came in a 5lb tub and with the serving size it was only 10 doses..

    bump what everyone said about whole food and sugars in shakes if you want a shake make your own it will better for you and cheaper something like, 1 cup oatmeal,2tbls spoons natural peanut butter,8-10 oz of milk and a scoop of protein with a few ice cubes.

    i think serious mass is a good choice. i used to take it once a day in the morning and the rest of the day i eat lots of whole food 6 times daily and take whey pro shakes after train and in the middle of the night.

    Lots of Whole Food, No Cardio, 4 days on 3 off however u wanna split it, and you wont gain the fat that procomplex will give you with all that sugar

    Ain't that the truth. I get the bags of chicken breasts at Sam's Club (2-3 bags a week).... cheaper that way too.

    This is why I miss the old school EGG WHITE protein and that basically all it said on the can HAHA, but it was already low on sugar, fat wasnt great but doable just a solid protein shake. Otherwise the ones they call weighgainers I havent ever used like mentioned above, alot of JUNK in them.

    On's Serious Mass is a good stuff if we compare it to any other gainer i know.

    334g--> Calories 1250 --> Carbohydrate 252g --> Protein 50g rest i forgot
