hey guys , i have been takin this multi lately for about 2 months and a half , its swisse's men's ultivite , anyone taking it ??
there is a herb in it that is extremely estrogenic called fennel , similar to soy , and i think its affecting me cs i feel like i'm on clomid ~~~ ?
anyone have an idea about this ??
