is that a micronized monohydrate? I think I may have taken that about 3 years ago. If it was the same supp, its an OK supp but it gave me stomach issues.

It says creatine ethyl ester,tricreatine citrate,creatine ester phosphate sodium,creatine akg plus other facts like vitamin b3,6,9,12, arginine akg,taurine,glutamine etc
