Pills Pills and more Pills.. Is this excessive?

I just my order or Lean Extreme and Sesathin (need to talk about this by the way)

I am now taking

2 multi's
4 sesathins
3 Lean Extremes
1 flaxseed

All pills, I started to think if I should add fish oil to this but now thinking, this is a lot of pills everyday.

Anything bad to all of this?

Finally the daily amount the bottle of sesathin says to take is 4 a day and only with 60 in the bottle, I get a 15 day supply.. For 30 or 40 bucks a bottle.. A little expensive. I remember taking sesathin in the past and it was the actually oil and it lasted a lot longer..

i eat d-bols for breakfast in my bowl of cheerios

but really. thats fine. thats actually not alot at all.

i have no idea what sesathin is... so ill let someone else talk about that

Sesame oil..

It just gets annoying eating so many pills, lol, I am curious as to what the coating on most of these oil pills are made from?

I keep thinking stomach ache even though I don't get one.

the coating is pretty much nothing.. thats not that many pills at all. i don't know why you would pay so much for sesame oil, go to china town and buy a huge container if you like it that much

Try taking Animal Pak Multi, theres 11 pills in one little pack :(

This is where I am confused.. I used to take "Sesathin" I am sure its just regular Sesame oil but it worked so well in the past and I never did much research on other products..

Is it all the same? Is the "Sesathin" the same as any other sesame oil?
