    ZMA gives the runs

What up fellas. started taking ZMA at night the other day and I've been waking up with the runs! I stopped over the weekend and was fine; took them again last night and woke up with the runs again. What up with that? Does is take a few days to get used to it or what??

If your getting the runs, Id say its something your eating.
Id say your stomach naturally doesn't have the enzymes to break whatever your eating down and ends up making you go, like lactose intolerant people like myself.
But if I take a digestive enzyme then eat ice cream or cereal, I don't have the runs.

Could be massive amounts of zinc. It seems to upset my stomach.
