need help with endurance for long distance running please help!

i need to run 2 miles in a certain amount of time.. and i cant do it... i have 6 days to prepare for this... i was wondering if anyone can tell me what type of supplements i can take to help me .... i am going to practice everyday. i have very low endurance right now... currently i am on volu gro which is wms with creatine. i was thinking if alburtrol, or caffeine+ephedra stack can help? i need to get my endurance up as fast as possible also my leg bones start hurting ... is it a good idea to take ibuprofen before running?

    thanks in advance guys

Beta-Alanine, creatine, BCAA's, Protein, glutamine, a PWO supplement like NO Explode may help. I'd suggest jumping rope though, I have built a ridiculous endurance jumping rope.

Yeah thats right . But i feel not to take NO Explode coz that will give your legs more pump and might slow u down a bit in the end. And yeah Skipping rope is a damn good one.
