Hope this isn't a dumb question. I want to take a supplement to help with workouts when i'm exhausted to give me that extra boost but idk what to take?
I've tried SuperPump but that didn't do crap. I used to take cell mass but i also usually drink 2 cups of cofee before my workout and i figured coffee and creatine kind of contradict each other.
Anyone have any suggestions on what they take?? Anyone take anything with coffee or cafeinne pills that works effectively to put on some size?
