Hi guys,

Trying to cut hard at the moment.

How much EC can I take in a day.

I bought the stack online and it comes in one pill.

25 Ephedra
300mg Caffeine
And some other stuff in it.

I was thinking on taking one pill in the morning and another one preworkout at like 4pm?

Any need to cycle it? 5 days on - 2 days off?

What are the "other stuff" in it?

I would start with one dose a day (pre-workout?) and work your way up from there.
