i am currently about to buy some more b12, i noticed there are a few other products out that contain a few other things just looking for a bit of advice on it.

First what i am currently taking contains.
Composition Cyanocobalamin 1.0mg/mL. pretty straight forward.

Other ones i have found contain.

1.Value Plus Vitamin B Complex Injection is a B group vitamin supplement for horses and dogs containing vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.

Each mL contains:
Thiamine Disulfide Nitrate 20mg
Riboflavine 5mg
Nicotinamide 60mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 20mg
Pantothenate 20mg
Hydroxocobalamin 200 μg

2.Injectable supplementary source of iron, vitamins, minerals and amino acids for horses.

Composition Nicotinamide 100mg/mL, dl-Methionine 20mg/mL, L-Lysine HCl 20mg/mL, Glycine 20mg/mL, Iron Ammonium Citrate 15mg/mL, d-Panthenol 15mg/mL, Pyridoxine HCl 10mg/mL, Riboflavine Sodium Phosphate 10mg/mL, Choline Chloride 10mg/mL, Inositol 10mg/mL, Cobalt Gluconate 0.7mg/mL, Copper Gluconate 0.2mg/mL, Cyanocobalamin 150µg/mL, Biotin 10µg/mL.

Indicated for stress associated with racing, heavy work and convalescence after a disease, restoring blood values after worm infestation, appetite maintenance and general good health in horses

those last two confuse me. was just wondering if there would be any extra benifits from taking one of those? any one have any ideas?

yeah but at about 15 dollars for 3 1ml ampols plus you can only buy one box at a time. where as vet grade (which i have been taking Cyanocobalamin 1.0mg/mL) is 10 for 100ml.

Think ill just play it safe and go with a basic Composition Cyanocobalamin 1.0mg/mL
