    pine apple extract

    amino acids

    flax seen caps


    any youd knock on the head or??

    don't take taurine in excess. it will make you tired.

    should be fine to take together. should help with recovery and goes well with creatine. also helps with cramps/pumps and personally i would add in some beta-alanine caps ED with the combo..... been doing this for about 2 months now with GREAT results. simple and effective

    not sure i follow. pineapple extract i am unaware of but feel free to eat pineapple, fresh of course.

    are you talking about bromelain? very good protein-digesting enzyme with good bio. and is extracted from pineapple. this would be ideal to take with meals and shakes to get the most out of your nutrients but not sure i follow where your pineapple extract comes into play in this thread.
