Having trouble find a good multi to take. Have been taking AST Sports Science Multi pro 32X, but the taste is horrible and makes me gag if I don't get it down the 1st swallow. Looking for something cheap.

NOW ADAM, great multivitamin and pretty cheap for the profile they have. they make both tablets and capsules, buy the capsules instead if you are having problems swallowing them.

those are on sale for $26, little pricy. Mega men are around $20, might try them.

Agreed. Great ingredients, great price. Take multiple times daily instead of all at once and is iron free. I suggest the capsules as you take it 3 times a day and the tabs are huge.
