    Cellmass

    Ill try my best not to make this sound stupid bet I'm a little new to supps so please be gentle.

    Cellmass indicates that after workout you need to taker on an empty stomach, when I was told thats its imperative to eat immediately after lifting.

    I would really appreciate it if you good people might be able to give some good advise as to what I should do?

    Don't buy cellmass and eat normal foods and high amounts of protein.

    If you already have it, use it. take it once in the morning and once in the evening. Then when it's gone, get yourself Krealkyn.

    focus on a quality creatine and protein, the rest is all diet dependant
