i tried lemonade and orange. i thought they were both pretty good, the lemonade was better though. it tastes real good to mix em both too. I've heard watermelon is the best flavor though. I'm gunna try that one next. Xtend is good stuff, i'm sure they all taste pretty good for the most part.

you posted yesterday asking about the best muscle milk flavor. I really don't know how we could answer what flavor you will like the most. My brother loves brocoli. I hate it. I like liver. He hates it. Flavor and taste preference are quite individual, even if 10 of us like one flavor more than the others, that doesn't mean you will.
