I have used powerful by usp labs and it's decent. Now in reality, hgh is a very slow process so maybe if you used it for long enough you could see big muscle gains. Anyhow, it's not bad, worth the try I think. Great pumps

yes and no means that they will slightly increase your endogenous GH, but the amount of increase is unlikely to produce results. these are just expensive amino acid mixes

amino acids ingested orally have been proven to have no effect on gh levels .....there has only been 1 study where l argenine and l ornithine were iv administered at what would be considered massive doses and resulted in a small appreciable increase in gh levels....oral administration of these amino acid products is useless for gh secretion .... and if u wanna know why the companies can make the claims the do ...read the disclaimers ...nothing has been approved or investigated by fda...ingredient wise or results wise ...basically thay can say whatever they want guys.....

^^ oh and some manufacturers get real slick saying "the combination of these ingredients has be scientifically proven to elevate gh levels " not mentioning the study the are refering to (if there really is one at all) is the one i mentioned above where dosages and most importantly administration method were totally different and even then results were minimal.
