Does anyone know of any websites that are having Christmas specials on Optimum Nutrition whey or casein? Surely some of the websites are having specials right now.

Yeh, haven't seen any prices better.
I mean if i seen it for 35$ + shipping or not, I rather walk to the store and have it in hand same day.
Unless its like 30 or 25$ i'll keep walking to VS

no VS around me. it was like 42 after shipping so not bad. only 3-5 days for it too. better than GNC prices

oh man.. i think eggnog would be awful. the real stuff is good only sometimes, i think a protein version would be a huge miss.

i've seen the 10lb bags for high 70s on amazon too. i'd rather just buy the 5lb ones though, its the same price in the end but get to switch up the flavors and its a lot easier to move around.

i'm about to try true protein's premixed formula

it's
30% dextrose
30% malto
25% protein
10% glutamine peptides
5% other stuff

2:1 ratio carbs to protein

how much does that stuff cost per pound? i'm sure they've taken the liberty to charge a nice bit for mixing it for you. but let us know what its like; if you think its worthwhile, and biggie, how does it taste lol. cause i know ON chocolate mint (what i roll with) is amazing especially in skim milk

i love my ON whey, i pay 44 at the VS. they now got the whey in a natural form with no artificial flavors colors or preservatives lol, i just got it and havent tried it yet, and i could only find the casein protein in the small jug!?

yea i wised up and stopped going to GNC everything there is so expensive. that site u posted had some expensive prices for the casein. i paid 29 for 2lb and on that site it says 45 for 2lb.
