Sick of contradictions (saw palmetto) help
Mabey some of you can shed some light on this for me, I've started taking DHEA supplements and to hopefully stop the DHT conversion from them I'm also taking saw palmetto which i've heard will help block DHT. Now i've read that saw palmetto is used to increase sex drive which is also another reason why i bought the supplement, but through further research i've read that a side effect could be decreased sex drive and impotence.
So which one is it? Is it more likely to increase sex drive or decrease it? I hate these contradictions.

You shouldn't see much hairloss from an oral DHEA product unless you are very prone (and even then i doubt it). Search for some finasteride if you need a DHT inhibitor, cheapest place is from liquid research companies. Saw palmetto is typically a tonic and anabolic for strengthening tissue (neck or bladder), prostate, and used to be considered an aphrodisiac. It should help to keep you healthy but wont stop hairloss problems
