Supplement with next cycle
hey im just posting this to get some ideas from all the users to see what supplements they recommend taking while on a cycle.
my next cycle consists of T400, EQ, dbol n arimidex .
i plan on taking creatine, glutamine, l-arginine, mutil-vit, fish oils, n usin NO xplode. also of course whey protein.
any insight would be great!

you don't need most of that stuff really. creatine and NO explode can wait until pct when any extra boost helps you. protein, vitamins, and fish oils can be used on cycle. with the glutamine and arginine, you probably don't need them on cycle since you will recover much faster than you normally would, but they can't hurt.

i always take AI's cycle support or CEL's cycle assist, both great products while on cycle. if i use a methylated oral for kickstart i'll throw in some liver longer and/or SAMe for the extra benefits. this should cover a lot of your basics, the rest is up to your diet and personal decisions. do your research and strive for perfection, good luck bro.

im starting my first cycle monday. On cycle I will be taking h-drol by cel, life cupport by ai, multi vit., stress b, and flax., whey protein for 4 weeks. Off cycle I will be taking tamox, atp creatine serum, multi, stress, flax, and whey. I have everything down to a science here. From the supplements, training, diet and nutrition, I am ready to go!!! T own is right in everything he said. You really don't NEED too much in the way of supplements when on cycle but a good whole foods diet and a multi vitamin. Whey is a great way to get that extra protien you need, though. Just remember that back in the day the top pros, such as Arnold, had none of these supplements and developed incredible physiques without them.
