ZMA and Gyno?!?!?

i heard ZMA can give you gyno?!?!

my friend who is a natural body builder said he knows a guy who just got recently operated for gyno... he said all he was takin was ZMA?!?!?

he is a natural bodybuilder and has a "certificate"?? proving that he is all natural... all he was takin was ZMA and he got gyno

is this true?!?!?!

i seriously doubt that the gyno had anything at all to do with zma . I def say no it isnt true.... If so it would be the only thing zma did for him *L*

ive taken ZMA before and it gave me great sleep and helped me not be as sore as i would normally get after working out WITHOUT takin it...

im gonna try another bottle, but my friend at the store said it did

and me believing everything ppl tell me, i didnt buy it... but i want to!! so i want to be reassured that it is ok

it wont give u gyno ..if it helps you in other areas like u said above go for it.

Two essential minerals give you gyno? I don't think so.

Secondly, zinc is a natural aromatase inhibitor meaning less estrogen and less gyno.

If anything it should help clear up that gyno.
