    NSI amino acids

Has anyone had any experience with these products?? They seem to be a great bang for the buck with a lot of mega dose amino acids sometimes 2-3 times what everyone else is selling. Its not like they can lie or fudge the numbers in this type of product can they?

I am about to order a bunch along with some higher power ones as well.

    Any thoughts?

Never heard of NSI, nor have I tried anything form them (obviously)

I do like Higher Power though. Good brand.

i don't really see why you'd need extra amino acids on top of protein. especially since most add 3-5 grams of amino acids anyway

    Here is their website..http://www.gonsi.com/

They sell them at this place http://www.vitacost.com/NSI and there are some of the products on that link.Lots of amino's in big counts for good prices.....hell of a bang for the buck.

While you get some natural amino acids from the protein you eat/drink it is nowhere NEAR what you can get from it concentrated in pill form.I have used a lot of individual amino's when I have worked out before and got great results, and pretty big strength gains compared to when not taking them every day. At my peak I was able to max out at almost double my weight on a very thin fram at the time (5'10 160) and couldnt really come close to that just with diet and loads of protein and a few basic supplements.
