Lipo Stack Review
Can you guys review my diet while taking lipoflame and amplify 02. I want to burn fat as well gain muscle get cut.
8:00am Slice of wheat bread lipo flame (3)
9:00am walk to work 20 mins (cardio)
9:30am Oatmeal 2 egg whites
12:00 pm Protein Shake
2:00pm Lunch Protein, veggies
5:00pm Fruit and Amplify 02 (5)
6:00pm Cardio (30 mins)
7:00pmGym (Lift)
9:00pm Protein veggies
10:00 pm Protein Shake

Looks good except the 10pm shake and i dont see any fat, and u need more carbs
and u work for AGX sports too

lipostim3 in the am upon waking
lipoflame pre workout and in the mid afternoon even on non workout days..
6m may be an issue for you as taking any supplement that late in the day may keep you from sleeping
and everyone is different, I only take 1 lipostim and 2 lipoflame x2 per day and it does the trick..
heck most of the time i only take the 1x lipostim and skip the lipoflame..
my wife really likes the lipoflame though..
your diet... you are not consuming any fats?? why not?? to lose weight and fat you must consume fats, flax seed oil, olive oil, fish oils...
I would recommend 6000mg fish oil every day, flax oil in receipts, and cook with olive oil..
the diet forum will have all you need to know about a proper diet..

Is taking amplify 02 at 5pm going to cause sleeping issues? I can only go to the gym after work. Do you recommend for me to take it earlier and still work out at 7pm?
And no I do not work for the company I just received the products yesterday.
Why is taking a protein shake at 10pm bad? I usually sleep by 12am and wake up at 8am.
I do cook with oil I will try to take flax or fish oil or maybe almonds.

ay night you want whole food so it digests slowly not a fast digesting shake, and u could have carbs in there too to help aid recovery

Is taking amplify 02 at 5pm affect sleep. If I work out at 7pm and do cardio?

I agree 100% with cottage cheese! I mix mine with sugar free jam for flava, lol. If you cant do the cottage cheese, try caesin protein. It breaks down slower. Definately add the almonds. I have them as my in-between snacks throughout the day. I would only have a shake pwo, right after!

Your current dosage schema is Great, might add one cap of LIPOFLAME to the 5 Amp.
~On off days simply have 3 caps of LIPOFLAME in the AM and another 2-3 at MiDDay

I am 5'9 185 pounds. I went to get down atleast to 170 burn fat and gain muscle. I did have trouble sleeping taking the amplify 02 at 6pm.

Lean Protein, veggies 3:00pm

Cardio (30 mins) 6:00pm
Gym 7:00pm
Protein Shake with cottage cheese or flax 9:00pm
Dinner Lean Protein veggies or brown rice 10:00pm
Bed 12:00 am
