I've never tried the stuff, but have heard good reviews.
For glutamine, I like Higher Power and NOW brands

I went ahead and bought the SciFit BCAA big bottle and the NOW Glut powder.
A buddy of mine said the Glutamine powder is bs, but i've seen alot of people posting it in diets so i'll try it for myself.
I didn't see anything that says it helps with recovery though
