I am in the middle/end of my 2nd week. Everything has been dialed in since day 1(Jan. 5th). When should I start feeling or seeing a diff? My body weight has dropped only by 1 lb and all of my lifting has been somewhat the same. I AM having great workouts and I feel pumped all the time; all day which is a good thing. What should I expect in the coming weeks( week 3, week4 )? A friend from work says that I look leaner, maybe its because we havent seen each other in a few weeks???
