    Upcoming cycle.

    I've been reading up on here for a bit now and I am heavily considering doing a couple cycles of prohormones one after another up in may june july time. So far what I've gathered is that I want to do m-drol followed by either h-drol or p-plex. I'm trying to be as smart about this as I possibly can be. I don't have access to test e at this moment. Before I start I plan on slimming down to roughly 170-175 area over a period of a couple months.

    M-drol 20-30-30-30

    Nolva 20-20-20-20

    Followed by 3 weeks of...?

    1. Which of the two would you guys recommend?
    2. Dosage and pct correct for the M-drol?

    Support:
    Taurine 1-3g
    Hydration
    Cycle support
    multis and minerals
    cla & fish oil
    assload of protein

    1. Overkill?
    2. Something I'm missing?


    I was considering doing a 4 day split as follows:

    Back/Bi
    Off
    Chest/Tri
    Legs
    Off
    Shoulders/abs
    off

    For diet I will be following along the line of the sample diets posted here on the website.

    If you need me to be more specific let me know.

    milk thistle for liver support
    red yeast rice for bp
    hawthorne berry for cholesterol

    i wouldn't go from mdrol to pplex.. pheraplex is pretty rough from what i've heard, and more powerful than mdrol, so if you wanted to go down a notch, i would go to hdrol after, but just a simple 3-4 week cycle of mdrol would be good enough imo... nolva as pct not on cycle.

    for the support, besides cycle support, the rest is mostly through your diet.. you shouldn't need to take protein shakes with every meal.

    also that workout seems like it could use some work. seems like a weird split of things... idk

    Alright I'll keep along the same line of exercise Back/Bi, Chest/Tri, etc but instead of the days off ill do it as follows ABCDXAB,CDXABCD. Alright, I'll with a simple m-drol cycle. Thanks
