    Pre/Post workout

    Just had a question about some creatines and some pre-workouts. Comparing Gasparis superpump and their Size on during workout creatine to like torque for a pre-workout what would be the absolutely best creatine and pre workout I could take during cycle to maximize my results. Its going to be my first round and I'm using test e and winnstroll to stay lean. I want to put on the pounds but stay cut at the same time. My diet is perfect and am good there. Help please.

    well for me i think the best pre workout drink is NO shotgun and for post, anibolic window. I'm still cut!

    i like creatine monohydrate works great for me and armageddon for pre workout.....if youre trying to stay lean why not take test prob instead of enanthate there would be less bloat

    Pre workout =
    2 hours before a carb source like oatmeal at around 40-60 grams ( flavor with Spenda, NOT sugar)

    Pre workout No2 and Stim with some type of creatine is GREAT, have that about 40 Minutes Pre but make sure to drink at LEAST 30 oz of Water

    Mid workout Gatorasde with some Bcaas is GREAT for being Anticatabolic

    POST workout I believe in a MEGA shake, like I mea 75 grams of Protein with 20 grams of Glutmaine and 10 grams of Raw MCC or Creapure

    PS Test E plus Winnie is Nice, but Test E with Masteron would be more refined and effective.

    masteron does what Winnie will do only BETTER

    I would use creatine as part of PCT, instead of while on a cycle. You'll be fine with just Test E or C since it's your first cycle. I wouldn't worry about Winny until the last 4 weeks of your cycle either.

    As for post workout, I like ON's Recovery 2:1:1, or ON's After Max. Basically you want something with fast carbs and protein immediately after your workout.

    Yea I just don't get the pump I need out of all the crap that I can get at GNC i work there so I just kind've stick with some stuff they have. I can literally take like 4 scoops of Nano vapor or NO explode and just sit there.. I'm not really effected by caffein. I just want to put the best products in my body and not cheat myself. I'm about 185 right now and I don't mind putting on the water weight with the Test E thats why i'm doing that.. I want to stay the safest and nicest as possible to my body till I decide to start pushing it a little more. I usually eat some kind of fast carbs before I hit the gym like a banana or something like then. I know I will have to stock up on protein while I'm on cycle, I am just concerned about my post work out. Where can I get that Mega Shake?

    185lbs? how tall are you?

    Also as far as supplements go a pre workout would be some type of protein/carb meal then some NO2 supplement to help with pumps. Post workout a mega shake ( I like your terminology) and then a protein/carb meal 45mins after that. Save the creatine for PCT. i wouldnt depend soley on supplements and get your essential BCAAs and adequite protein/carb meals, not just a bannana b4 the gym.

    And you should be eating constant amounts of protein all the time, NOT just for your cycle, and im not talking about "shakes".

    I'm only 5 foot 8 inches lol... I pretty cut up right now and beefy as hell. My goal is 210 and I don't think that goal seems unattainable. I eat constant amounts of protein all day long up until I go to bed so thats not the problem.

    But my friend I'm going on cycle with told me I won't need any type of creatine or pre workout just because he said I'll be just jacked from the juice all the time. But another source told me that if I wanted to see better results to hop of creatine while i'm on but he said that creatine on my pct will help me keep my gains better.

    So I'm just wanting to put the best sources of protein in my diet and I wanted to know what that mega shake was. I did a couple of those thigns like eat some oatmeal about 2 hours before and then hit like a NO booster and I had a great workout. So things are going good and I start the juice in about 2 weeks so I just want to be prepared.
