im doing alot of cardio and weights my main goal is to drop body fat.
im taking clen at the min to help and on a protein diet.

im 6ft 21 years old 226lbs not to sure of my boady fat but it isnt average i know that much

any help would be great. ive always been told to stay away from creaitine when loseing weight so i hope someone can point me in the right direstion.
