I am one of the guys who is taking the amp02, lipoflame and raw mcc.
Today is my first week done. A little backround on me. I am 26 and 5'7". A week ago i started at the weight of 187.
A few months ago i finished a h-drol, epistane prohormone cycle. when i finished i was at 192lbs. My goal after was to lean down and run a fat burner. I did lipoflame for about a week before this cycle of agxsports product came up.
My goal is to stick around 185lb but to tighten up especially around my stomach. My diet was never great but never to bad. Over the last 10 days it has been as clean as i am going to get it. no junk food. no bad carbs. high protein. I will post pics
This is pretty much how my workout/lipostack schedule is setup
Sunday- off
Lipoflame 3 Caps AM, and then 2 or 3 lunch
Monday- cardio morning
Lipoflame 3-4 Caps pre cardio, and then 2 or 3 lunch
tuesday- LIFT 5pm
Lipoflame 3 Caps AM, and then 8 caps Amplify 02 30 min pre lift
wed- LIFT 5pm
Lipoflame 3 Caps AM, and then 8 caps Amplify 02 30 min pre lift
thurs- cardio morning
Lipoflame 3-4 Caps pre cardio, and then 2 or 3 lunch
friday-LIFT 2pm
Lipoflame 3 Caps AM, and then 8 caps Amplify 02 30 min pre lift
saturday-LIFT 2pm
Lipoflame 3 Caps AM, and then 8 caps Amplify 02 30 min pre lift

Ok this is how i feel. After 1 week i am going to bump up to 8caps of amplify 02. I took 6/day for first week. As i read from other users the focus was there. When i took the amp02 towards the middle of my workout i start to feel a little nauseous. I believe it is just from training to hard. It never becomes a problem nor does it make me stop lifting. So far Feel great getting good lifts.
