Diet will be carb cycling.
Will be using EAA/BCAA and glutamine and lipoflame
My current stats are 214 lbs at about 14% bf and 5"10
i would like to get to around 10% and maintain as much lbm as possible.
so what would be a better compound to use in order to keep strength up,help with leaning out and possibly add a few pounds of muscle?
