Supplements with Acid Reflux
Hello everyone,
What would be the best supplements to take while dealing with acid reflux disease? Unfortunately I have the disease and to take Prilosec once in a whole bit try to keep my ph at a good level so acid reflux doesn't occur!
Thanks everyone!

What are you trying to accomplish from a supplement? There are millions out there, are you looking for a list of supps that don't cause reflux?

Well, I'm trying to add some muscle I'm about 185 now I was 205 about 8 weeks ago before I started taking my diet seriously and cutting out as much as possible any acidic foods to prevent the acid burps and all that. Of course at 205 my stomach was fat and I have basically lost that by sticking to this diet.
What I was looking into is a pre workout, creatine, and I'm not sure what else would be to my benefit of taking that would help me still build muscle just not cause the acid reflux build up.

control/manage acid reflux in the normal course, and...
creatine won't or shouldn't impact your issue any more than it already is.
I've a cast iron gut, and the only thing that would bother me would be eating a rotting skunk. Not sure how sensitive you are to foods, or alcohol, so you'll have to employ a little trial and error. Everyone is different....

Acidic foods and alcohol are alright as long as I'm taking Prilosec or something like that, that will help with the acid build up. When I'm not taking that then the acidic foods and alcohol really give me trouble.

Just avoid uncoated vitamin C tabs and any aminos with the word "acetyl" in there.

Alright, sounds good what would be the best pre workout to take? I have read where people say caffeine pills can work just like a pre workout?

L-citrulline too. I take 3gs pre wo. Dunno how ur gut would be. Very citrusy for want of a better word. I get heartburn but that doesn't effect it. But. That's just me.

Do you mean that you have Barretts Esophagus? I myself have been diagnosed with it (scoped) and recently started generic Prilosec OTC. Instant relief after the first pill. Love it so far. It's a world or difference now, especially with the amount of food I'm always trying to consume.

Get beta alanine and bcaa together... with lecuine at e higher doses... it should be use pre, during and after training..with ur acid reflux issue, using glutamine into ur workout shakes after training helps.. But it's also wise to use pharma grade protein powder to avoid those artificial sweetener or flavorings that give discomfort in ur gut..
Those creatine out there u get r using containing high in sugar and creatine at its lowest quality..

For acid reflux, try taking a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar. It works better than any medication I have tried.
