Hey guys. Im using a good bulking diet. Im taking a protein powder called iso-mass extreme gainer by ultimate nutrition. i use it twice a day (morning and after workout). I use glutamine in my post workout shake. I also take casine shake before sleeping, also with glutamine. I use muscletechs anabolic halo as my creatine. I ingest about 3200 cals a day. Is there any other supplements that could aid me in mass gain? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
