my question is that i am wanting to start a cycle but have a bf% of 18 and want to get it down to 13-14% range before i start to maximize my results.... spring break is in 5 weeks and i want to begin my cycle after that when i can fully devote my time. i know diet and cardio are the main thing to lose body fat.... but is that any legal supplement i can go buy to help me lowering my body fat to 13-14%? thanks for any hep
