    I DRINK BODY FORTRESS PROTEIN from WAL*MART ...

    really cheap and has everything you neeed

    and for Casein I use Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein...

    once again cheap.. like 32 bucks for 4.4 lbs. can't really beat it....

    I don't worry about taste.

    I use Vitol's 100% egg protein.

    Tastes like chalk... works wonders.

    No gas, no bloating... no indigestion.

    Other than that, i use universal nutrition's "Egg & Milk" protein... which is milk protein (casein & lactalbumin) and egg protein (albumin).

    I've used egg & milk for about 9 years... adding Vitol's egg protein about a year ago.

    These work best for me.

    Wow am I a stupid newbie for drinking muscle milk?? I don't see anyone else that is drinking it?

    I take ON pro complex between breakfast and lunch, and then again between lunch and dinner. I use one scoop of muscle milk 30 mins before work out, and 2 after working out, and then ON casein right before my head hits the pillow.

    How come no one uses MM?

    ON Pro Complex has 280mg/72g and MM has 230mg/70g of sodium? Honestly I never looked at MSG content in proteins. Should I?
