    NO/CEE Product Pre-Cardio??

I'm currently doing morning cardio for 40mins on an empty stomach. I sip on 15g BCAA's during, but was wondering if taking Dymatize Xpand would help retain some muscle.

It is basically CEE with stimulants and Nitric Oxide boosters, but I really don't want anything to interfere with fat loss (even at the cost of losing some muscle).

Good or bad on an empty stomach before cardio?

should not be bad and should give more cellular energy for those workouts
so you may actually ending up burning more net calories do to muscl ebeing able to work more

the only down side may be hydration issus and cramps if prone

Drop the CEE and buy creatine monohydrate, doesn't assimilate into the muscles as effectively.

I'm tired of reading about the creatine flavor of the month. It's a pain in the ass. If all these creatines are so effective why can't I find conclusive evidence using clinical studies comparing mono to all these super duper creatine variations?
