i use it. mixes well. hard to rate protien powders but i can say that it is said to be the perfect combo for recovery. just be sure to consume it with in 10 minutes of your last rep. otherwise the sugar could catch up and that defeats the purpose. it's there to drive the protiens into the muscle, if you wait to long it will go to storage instead.

??What!? the carbs are there to raise insulin levels so the macros you take in are stored and since they're taken PWO most gets stored into the muscle. and you fine taking it more than 10 mins after workout just no longer than 30mins. and im not sure what you mean by the sugar "could catch up"...?

here is my plan. After my workout I take my BCAA, then 30 mins of low intensity cardio, fat loss and then drink this stuff and then a whole food PRO/CARB meal 2 hours after that. Sound good?

sounds great make sure your pro carb meal doesnt contain alot of fat tho, i only mix fats and carbs once a day and its a pretty moderate/low amount of fat. good luck to ya bro

oh.. dont forget to include a Post workout shake when you get home before your meal it would actually be better if your ate carbs at this time instead of waiting two hours. but you dont have to get all crazy with ya diet if your just starting. so do what you originally intended if you want just keep in mind the more advanced you become the more advanced your diet should become if you want optimal gains.
