    Creatine inside whey powders??

    Hi I want to know If It's possible to put my dosage of creatine on my whey shaker.

    I know that creatine would to be take with a glucose but in some times like post-workout, it's tought correct If I take it on my protein shaker or not!?

    Of course it is.

    Its better to consum creatine with some sort of whey or BCAA's, yes.

    I just shove a tsp of creatine in my mouth and chase it down with water.Its quik and no creatine goes to waste.
