I was taking low dose ephedrine, at 12.5 mg per day, 400 mg caffeine a day for a month. Pretty low dose for ephedrine, but still worked.
I am currently taking a break. How long should it be till I can hit it again?
NO anabolics, GH, etc.

btw, you could run diphenhydramine(main ingredient in benedryl) at 50mg before bed for a week or two and you'd be good to go
Yeah, I actually researched benadryl, but as someone with some limited pharmacy training, I am pretty sure that is B.S. I even checked it out with my brother who is a doctor.
I don't know how this rumor got started.

Take dnp, it will clean those receptors right out...
dnp will kill you lol
I'll pass
I'm considering using it. If anybody sees this comment don't bother arguing with me.
The big problem I see with that is that I've searched though dnp threads and found that these people intervene and don't say anything but 'dont use it, it's evil, nasty stuff,' deaths have been linked to it's use.' Close minded responses I don't feel like dealing with and are not good arguments. Death from its use is rare, it works, no lasting damage to the body if run correctly.
Thanks, Im glad your looking out but I just feel it would do me no good. From what I've read it's pretty simple.
1-4 days 200 mg split dosages 12 hrs apart to test tolerance (100 morning-100 evening). It builds up in body so do not take any more than that in those first days no matter what is going on if i feel anything or not. Up to 400mg-600mg split dosages until I'm at a point where the side effects arn't tolerable anymore. Take support supps, potassium, water, vitamins, normal diet, low amounts of exercise, exercise. Take for about 12 days or so and get off since flu like symptoms seem to pop up after that point.
Dairy + Dnp= blindness...? Very odd
I rarely eat dairy anyways as is so i'll just have to be more careful of what i eat
