im 6'1 200lbs i need to lose 30lbs.
right now im taking lipodrene. 2caps in the morning w/ 1 hour cardio, and 2caps at night w/ 3 hours cardio. I lost 45lbs this way but have horrible eating habbits.
I want to try Myoplex Original as a meal replacement and replace lipodrene with Lipoflame.
any suggestions? is this good or bad?
