The new xenadrine efx without ephedrine claims that it works just as well, if not better than the original containing ephedrine. For some reason it doesn't sound right, is anyone trying this? I think it would be a good idea to take it if it works because of the lack of ephedrine.

When anyone asks me about new sups I always ask them, "What's in it?"

Brand names do very little for you and teach you nothing. Always look at what it is you are putting into your body and research the ingredients more than brand names. Mind you, some companies ARE more reputable than others... but your first thing should be to spin the bottle around and see what is included.
